1. Effect on tomato growth. Potassium fertilizer can promote the growth of tomato and make the stem thicker. Potassium sulfate and potassium magnesium fertilizer can increase the number of single fruit and the weight of single fruit. Compared with the non-potash fertilizer treatment, the main stem diameter increased by 0.23 cm and the single fruit weight increased by 10%. After applying potassium magnesium sulfate, the tomato leaves were dark green and the leaves were thick.
2. Effect on the quality of tomato. Potassium and magnesium sulfate fertilizer can improve the intrinsic quality of tomato fruit. Compared with the control, the content of nitrate and vitamin C in the fruit is lower, the total acid content is obviously decreased, and the ratio of sugar to acid reaches 12.2.
3. Effect on tomato yield. It can significantly increase the yield of tomato, which is 11.5% higher than that without potassium fertilizer, and 7.8% higher than potassium chloride treatment. Mu gains about 10%.
